The Delta Price column shows us the Delta (Buys - Sells) for each price. The Delta Price Column will start populating when you activate the column, it is not currently possible to populate it with the session's history data.
To open a Delta Price column, check the Delta Price checkbox in the D&S Settings > Parameters section.
In the D&S Settings > Appearance > Delta Price section, you can change the color scheme, turn on/off the histogram, and change the Font and Histogram orientation.
